1.Browse and select products

Search or filter products
Use the search bar at the top to enter keywords, or browse products by category via the left menu (e.g., “Men’s Clothing,” “Electronics,” “Home & Living,” etc.).

View product details
Click the product image or name to open the product details page, where you can review:

  • Price (VAT included)

  • Size/color/specification options

  • Stock availability

Add to cart
After selecting your preferred options, click “Add to cart.” You can continue shopping or click “View cart” to proceed to checkout.

2.Review your cart

On the cart page, you can:

  • Adjust product quantities

  • Remove products

  • View the total (items subtotal, shipping fees, taxes)

Click “Checkout” to begin the order process.

3.Enter shipping information

Sign in or checkout as a guest
Registered users can sign in to automatically fill in previously saved address details. New users can choose “Checkout as guest” without creating an account.

Fill in the shipping address
Enter complete delivery information, including:

  • Full name

  • Full address (street, house number)

  • Postal code

  • City

  • Country (EU countries by default)

  • Phone number (for delivery notifications)

Note: All information is stored securely in accordance with GDPR and used only for order fulfillment.

4.Choose a payment method

We accept multiple international card payment methods to ensure a secure and fast transaction:

Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard.

Payment process:

  • Select “Credit/Debit Card Payment”

  • Enter the following details:

    • Card number

    • Cardholder name

    • Expiration date (month/year)

    • Security code (CVV, located on the back of the card)

The system may perform identity verification via 3D Secure (such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard Identity Check) to enhance security.

Note: All payment information is transmitted securely via SSL and is not stored on our servers. Some banks may require additional verification for international transactions—please make sure your card is enabled for international payments.

5.Confirm your order

Before submitting your order, you will see a complete summary, including:

  • Product list and prices

  • Shipping address

  • Shipping method and related fees

  • Payment method

  • Total amount (VAT included)

After payment is completed, you will be redirected to the “Order Confirmation” page and receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Order tracking
You can track your order status by signing into your account under “My Orders,” or by clicking the tracking link provided in the email to follow your shipment in real time.
